How to Add an Article

This is a step by step guide on how to add an Article to next month's newsletter

Step 1

Click the My Complex link on the menu and then click the Newsletters link from the drop down menu. This will open the Newsletters page.


Step 2

  • The In Progress tab will be selected and the in progress newsletter articles will be displayed.
  • If you have another tab open click on the In Progress tab to view the in progress newsletter.


Step 3

Click on the Add Article (+) button.


Step 4

Type in a Subject for this section.




Note: A warning message will display saying "Article not saved" and the article panel will turn orange until you click the Save Article button.

Step 5

  • Type in the Content for this section.
  • There is a character count to keep track of how many characters have been used for this section.
  • No more than 500 characters can used for this section.

Note: A warning message will display saying "Article not saved" and the article panel will turn orange until you click the Save Article button.

Step 6

  • Click on the Select Image button.
  • The Gallery will open.


Step 7

Select the Category of the image you would like to use.




  • The images of that category will display.
  • Select the image you would like to use.


Step 8

The image you selected will now display in the article.

Note: A warning message will display saying "Article not saved" and the article panel will turn orange until you click the Save Article button.

Step 9

When you are ready to save and submit this article click the Save Article button.




Note: A warning message will display saying "Article saved" and the article panel will turn green informing you that your article has been saved.
