Update Your Alternate Contact Details

This is a step by step guide on how to update your alternate contact details

Step 1

Click the My Unit link on the menu and then click the My Accounts link from the drop down menu. This will open the Your Units page.

Step 2

Note: Should you not own multiple units within a complex please skip this step and continue to Step 3

Should you own multiple units within a complex please click on each particular unit to view your statement.

Step 3

Scroll to the bottom of the page to the Alternate Contact section and click on any of the blocks where you would like to update your information.

Step 4

Modify any information you would like to update.

Step 5

Click Update button on the bottom of the page.

Step 6

The Update button will change to a blue Updating button while updating the information and will change to a green Updated button once the information has been successfully updated.
